Sales pacing reports and analysis
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales pacing for the regionalized sales team
- Ensure accurate and complete reporting of all Sales pacing data
- Support the month-end process with Controlling as it relates to key commercial accounts are accounted for month-end close
- Coordinate with other departments (Data Office, Finance, CRM team) on further developing and improving the sales pacing report and dashboards infrastructure
- Sales incentive plan and budget process
- Support sales commission calculation and execution on a quarterly base
- Support Sales Budget process once per year for the annual budget process
- Support Sales Management, Product Units, Finance, and Sales team for budget alignment
- Reporting and analysis for Sales Management and other Key Stakeholders
- Support commercial analysis and storytelling, KPI reporting, and presentations to Sales Management or other key stakeholders on current commercial and sales trends
- Support greater Sales and Business Analyst team in defining business development and revenue strategies for exploiting new business areas and revenue opportunities
