For our Sales team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
**Customer & Sales Support (f/m/x)**:***
**What's it all about?**
- You support our customers in all commercial topics (pre
- and after-sales).
- You work in small teams with our Area Sales Managers and support them in their daily business.
- You prepare offers and take care of public tenders.
- You are responsible for data entry in our customer database (MS Dynamics 365)
- You will look after our sales partners and support them in all commercial matters.
- You take part in customer events/trade fairs and support the team on site.

**What are we looking for?**
- You have successfully completed your commercial training.
- Relevant professional experience in customer service is an advantage.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
- You are used to communicating in German & English, other languages would be an advantage.
- You are willing to acquire basic technical knowledge to understand our products and customer structure.
- You have a confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
