We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing team to join us on this exciting journey

Tasks

Your mission
- Creating content for both - company social accounts and influencers within a company
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Produce weekly newsletter, fact-check the input from other departments and optimize content for better engagement
- Conceptualize and create content for thought leader communications campaigns and activities on social media
- Design basic social media graphics
- Building and executing social media strategies and optimizing company pages on various platforms
- Generating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms with a focus on Linkedin, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Be a keen contributor to our brand identity and ensure our position as a thought leader in our industry
- Help us bring in new clients through your lead generating content, and have an impact on growing our bottom line
- Collaborate with our central marketing team to address daily needs

**Requirements**:
Must haves
- 2+ years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Experience in creating content for social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing and Twitter
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Reliable, structured and professional work style
- Basic knowledge photo editing, Canva
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Bonus points for
- Advanced user of Photoshop or Adobe Suite
- Any additional language skills
- Experience in the supply chain or B2B environment

According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,223 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
