**To support our Operational Excellence Management Department of Wienerberger Building Solutions, we are offering the following position for immediate appointment, located in our headquarters in Vienna**:
**International Maintenance Strategy Lead (f/m/d) (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Implementation of the Wienerberger Maintenance Excellent Standard with a strong focus on total productive management and autonomous maintenance
- Frequently on-site visits to coach and facilitate Workshops
- Improve maintenance Key Performance Indicators
- Execute regular audits and define action with local management to improve
- Develop PM Catalogue for similar machines
- Establish regular country maintenance reporting
- Coordinate country maintenance country managers

Your Profile
- University degree with specialization in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or a full technical apprenticeship
- At least10 years of professional experience in a high production environment, especially in a process oriented or heavy plant industries
- Experience of computer-controlled machines, PLC’s (preferably Siemens S7), hydraulics, pneumatics and ideally robotics
- Practical knowledge in managing a team and leading projects
- Strong communications skills and good knowledge in English
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and organized way of working with a proactive work attitude
- Appreciation of working with multicultural teams in an international multi-site production company with high intercultural competences
- Willingness to travel frequently (50-80%)
