**Your role at Dynatrace**:
We are seeking an **entrepreneurial, detail-focused, and dynamic product communication expert** to elevate our product narrative. This senior-level role will help lead day-to-day operations of the Strategic Product Communication team; fostering collaboration and driving and delivering narrative, either hands-on or by ensuring impactful decisions that align with our high-level strategy in both written and design activities.
- Drive the creation and execution of strategic product communication frameworks.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical teams to craft crisp, value-driven narratives.
- Direct and manage product keynotes, announcements, and user conference messaging.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all product communication assets.
- Translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
- Possess a keen eye for design and written language, demonstrating agility and willingness to go beyond and deliver exceptional outputs.
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers and communication managers to achieve high performance.

- Proven **experience in GTM, marketing, and/or product communication** functions.

**Compensation Data**:

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
