**Your Opportunity**

As a **Procurement Operations Specialist** your main responsibility is to **manage purchase orders and to guarantee accurate, up-to-date information in our ERP system.** You follow-up on overdue orders, you challenge implausible production plans, you check terms & prices and you create new products & vendors in our ERP system. As the data you are responsible for is the basis for the woom Sales & Operations Planning process, you **create data-check mechanisms and routines with our vendors that allow you to keep the data quality at a high standard.** Also, you **work very closely with our sales & transport departments** and you coordinate direct customer deliveries as well as stock deliveries with our vendors.

**Your mission**
- **Create purchase orders i**n our ERP system
- Make sure all relevant data on deliveries and production orders are** up to date in the ERP system**:

- **Monitor delivery dates** and production plans
- **Communicate proactively** with our suppliers in Asia and Europe
- Watch supplier capacities and** ensure availability of new products**:

- Enter and **maintain product & vendor master data** in the ERP system
- **Support the Teamlead** of Procurement Operations and Planning

**Your skills**
- **2+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain** (e.g. purchase order management, disposition)
- Excellent **German and English skills**:

- **You are comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment** and able to navigate and resolve ambiguity
- **Experience with ERP systems** (Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
- Basic **excel skills with willingness to improve**
