The Department of Business Law at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Statistics offers a position of a university assistant ("prae doc") to contribute to the institute current research projects and its teaching activities.

The employment relationship is initially limited to 1.5 years and is automatically extended to a total of 4 years, unless the employer submits a declaration of non-renewal after a maximum of 12 months.

**Duration of employment**: 4 year/s

**Extent of Employment**: 30 hours/week

Job grading in accordance with collective bargaining agreement: -48 VwGr. B1 Grundstufe (praedoc) with relevant work experience determining the assignment to a particular salary grade.

**Profile**:
Mag. iur. or MA in law studies / focus on Austrian private and business law mandatory - Excellent command of written and spoken German - Good command of written and spoken English - Computer literacy - Knowledge of university structures and processes - Ability to work in teams

Interest in planning, carrying out, and presenting independent research; great commitment to work with students (e.g. supervision of theses); Interpersonal skills.
