As our **Junior Finance Manager**, you’ll drive key finance projects, streamline processes, collaborate across teams, while serving as the right hand to our Head of Finance, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
(This role can be performed remotely from any location within the CET ±1 timezone.)

**You will have an impact on**:

- Leading new finance projects from start to finish, ensuring their standardization, integration, and seamless implementation into our finance processes.
- Preparing areas of monthly accounting, optimizing processes and continuously improving workflows.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new ideas for automating finance processes.
- Supporting the acquisition team from a finance perspective in deal takeovers, managing related tasks and ensuring good organization and documentation.
- Close collaboration with other departments and budget owners, assisting them with financial queries, providing them with guidance on finance-related topics.
- Contributing to the preparation of various analyses, creating reports and evaluations that convey clear messages to support decision-makers effectively.
- Taking responsibility for the administration of parts of the finance department and the associated data maintenance.
- Serving as the right hand to our Head of Finance, taking key projects off their shoulders to ensure smooth execution.

**What you will add**:

- You bring 2+ years experience working in a Finance, Finance Operations or Accounting role, ideally in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced environment.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a major in business, finance or related studies.
- A generalist mindset, eager to grow and take on responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to tackling challenges and solving problems.
- A structured, results-oriented, and self-driven way of approaching tasks.
- A collaborative spirit, working effectively within a creative, dynamic team that values and supports your contributions.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic professional environment
- Number drivenness, with proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets.
- Business fluency in English is required, fluency in German is a plus.
