**Want to put strategy into action by consulting our media & content teams on emerging technologies including AI, AR/VR and blockchain?**

**IN A NUTSHELL**

You’ll build on the organization’s business plan by creating and implementing cross-platform programming strategies in support of the organization’s wider marketing mix. In this role, you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of social and web technologies, as well as a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, and Web 3.0 communities. This role puts strategy into action by bringing stories to life, engaging audiences at scale, and bringing constant value to their peers in the organization.

**CREATING ACTIONABLE REPORTS**

In this role you’ll identify programming learnings and create actionable reports to benefit Media and Marketing teams, informed by past content performance and expert understanding of current and potential future audience behavior.

**HOLISTIC PROGRAMMING**

You’ll constantly assist in sharpening roles of Owned and Managed channels, identify potential programming partner channels, and build consistent holistic programming and release plans across the network.

**EMERGING PLATFORMS**

You will work on content release strategies across emerging platforms and trends with a focus on AR/VR, AI, and blockchain technology.

**Qualifications**:
Digital Media executive with at least 5 years of experience in digital programming of channels/platforms

Experience running social media accounts and/or programming websites and apps, expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behaviour

Constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online, Lives and breathes media on the internet

Proficient in implementing immersive solutions that captivate audiences, drive engagement, and elevate the digital landscape, while staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in AI, AR/VR, and Web3

Strong communicator, knows how to constantly uplevel digital knowledge in the organization, Hands-on, not afraid to run accounts when needed, creative storyteller with leadership skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
