**We make real what matters. This is your role.**
- As a Controlling digitalization expert you are responsible for the offered services, solutions and platforms along the whole lifecycle from consulting over design and build to operate, which includes the portfolio management, the financial management and also the related projects in the Controlling domain.
- Focal points are to bring the controlling processes to a next level of digitalization, with the target to optimize the usage of various reporting & analytics solutions, as well as to contribute to the SHERPA X process design and harmonization in the area of controlling. SHERPA X is the CEO-led E2Ebusiness transformation program with a truly global impact.
- You will be SPOC for all controlling topics for Siemens’ Service & Governance entities, already live on the S4HANA Instance One.
- You will be the main expert within IT for specific SAP related topics. e.g. a project management tool used to handle quotations, track planned and actual value, time allocation and charging for Siemens’ R&D activities.
- You are the trusted partner for your customers and also the direct counterpart of the product owners in the business. In this collaboration you are driving and promoting the solution design towards more standardized, harmonized and digitalized core business processes.

- Strong digitalization background and interest for new technologies.
- Profound technical experience:

- Required: SAP FICO with focus on Controlling (COPA, PCA, CCA, Project System) and S/4HANA experience
- Strongly desired:, broad and deep experience with various analytics/reporting technologies incl. different front-ends (e.g. BI/BW Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau;SAP Analytics for Cloud, AfO, Fiori);
- Desired: some experience with automation technologies (e.g. RPAs), low code platforms;
- Well-grounded experience in requirements engineering, solution design and implementation combined with a strong customer orientation
- Long-standing project and service management expertise based on an agile mindset and an agile way of working.
- Go-getter mentality and growth mindset.
- Full proficiency in English and German
