Doxee S.p.A. is an Italian high-tech and international company specialized products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.
**JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION**
For our branch in Vienna we are looking for a Senior Accountant who will directly report to the Group Chief Financial Officer.
**YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF**:
Coordinating accounting functions and activities;
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts;
Monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting activities;
Cash management and credit collection;
Assisting with annual audit preparations;
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures;
Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
**MORE ABOUT YOU**:
You have solid background in accounting and finance;
You have 6-8 years work experience in accounting;
You have good financial analysis skills;
You speak Fluent English;
You have good communication skills;
You have good organizational and management skills;
You are proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Powerpoint and excel Excel;
**Nice to have**:
Knowledge of Microsft Dynamics 365
Basic knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards
