For our division "Separation" we are looking for a **Global Innovation Project Manager (M/F/d) **at the location in Graz to manage large, complex global projects and bridging/linking knowledge, expertise, or equipment of several Product Homes/entities to achieve solutions unknown to our or new markets. **Your Tasks** Operational Responsibilities - Facilitate ideation process - Challenge innovation ideas and develop sound concepts with expert team - Plan/structure/execute feasibility studies and concept verification up to MVP - Perform/support concept/result presentation (pitch) to approval board - Structure and plan innovation projects with clear target setting - Define, guide, and monitor work packages - Execute assigned large, complex innovation projects - Lead (virtual) global teams required for the innovation initiatives/projects - Project reporting to all levels (incl. preparation of board presentations) - Deliver Project targets in quality, in time, in costs - Manage internal and external interfaces within innovation initiatives/projects - Communication and alignment with all stakeholders - Prepare and execute review meetings with the steering committees - Support/execute product launches and support initial sales phase - Ensure involvement of Sales and customers to align developments to market needs - Utilize escalation where needed to ensure defined quality, progress or budget of the project (forecasting, adjustments, people, ) - Contribute to continuously improve overall Innovation Process - Run strategic internal optimization and improvement initiatives - Preparation and coordination of external fundings for related projects Development Responsibilities - Develop ideas to concepts to projects to results to market success - Develop team structure and team spirit inside innovation projects - Risk mitigation plans for the project / criteria for Go/No go decisions - Support development of business plans for complex projects - Support hand over of achieved solutions to line organization (Product Management, Sales, Order Execution) at project end - Generate and transfer know-how to organization **Your Profile** - Theoretical background and practical experience in project management - History in execution of innovation projects - Background in the field of innovation management and value creation - Systematic workstyle - Target / Solution oriented - Skills in workload balancing and stakeholder handling - Open mindset (modern innovation approach) - Customer handling experience - Understanding of business processes in global organization - Background in handling of internal organizational development and optimization projects - Experience in corporate organizational setups - Experience in cooperation (universities, research institutes, industry partner, funding agencies) Interest in working in an international technology group**Our Offer** Andritz AG offers a secure job in an innovative and international company with long-term development opportunities. - Talent & leadership programs - Flexible working time model - Home office option (40%) - Various employee discounts - Subsidized company restaurant - Parking spaces & public accessibility In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.389,04 for this position.
