In this challenging position you are responsible for further development of TTControls IoT solution, leading a team of software developers and project managers. Our IoT Cloud Service offers customers an end-to-end solution allowing for a deep insight into vehicle data. You support your team throughout the entire software development life cycle in an agile setup while being in close communication with the project managers as well as other stakeholders.

As part of TTControl, you will have the opportunity to contribute and constantly develop your strong technical understanding and analytical thinking skills in an international development team.

**Your Tasks**:

- Leading and developing the IoT development team according to our leadership principles
- Supervise the execution of the software development, technical activities, planning and allocation of project resources
- Development of the team competencies aligned with the corporate strategy and the group goals
- Supporting the team in technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in a related technical field of study
- Several years of leadership experience in managing and leading intercultural teams
- Strong software development background with knowledge in technologies like C#,.NET Core, Angular and related Web technologies or in embedded software development
- Ability to create a good work atmosphere in an inspiring, visionary and motivating way
- Strong intercultural and communication skills paired with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent command in English, German skills are beneficial
