Project Manager with Medical Background

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a medical background to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the medical field, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, software developers, and designers, to deliver high-quality results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage projects related to the medical field, from planning to execution and delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, software developers, and designers, to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure that project milestones and objectives are met and delivered within established timelines and budgets
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including identifying and resolving project-related issues and risks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to medical projects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and stakeholders
- Project coordination including stakeholder management
- Contract negotiation (possibly experience in price negotiations)
- Parameter evaluation & evaluation d. Analysis method (stability, sensitivity, etc. laboratory experience)
- Integration of IT for technical connection; Integrate interfaces & stakeholders
Good and professional communication (verbal and written) with laboratories and also internally

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical regulations and standards
- Experience with project management software, such as Asana or JIRA
