**Department Description**:
We are looking for students to support our workplace team. There you will get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and can also bring in your own new ideas which will help us to grow and improve.

**What to do**:

- Documentation Governance: support with the activities related to documentation governance, such as definition and enforcing rules related to our documentation platforms, performing quality reviews, tyding up and cleaning up or extending and improving our guidelines and templates.
- Communication Governance: support with the communication governance actitivies, such us helping creating and executing an internal communications plan, facilitating the Ask Me Anything sessions and the Townhalls.
- Aim to leave a lasting positive impact within our organization.

**You check these boxes**:

- Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related
- You speak German and English fluently at C1 level
- Availability: minimum 30 hours/week
- You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing a degree in Science or IT
- Ideally you have some experience with our tech stack: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint Lists, Sharepoint libraries, PowerAutomate, Planner/Project, PowerBI
- You are eager to leand and discover new things, i.e. you have a growth mindset
- You are competent in communication and interpersonal interactions
- You have theoretical knowledge about agile mindset, values and principles. Any experience working in an agile environment is considered a plus
- You are communicative, curious, and empathetic, treating all people with respect
- You are ready to step beyond your comfort zone and assume responsibility

- We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3175,00€ for Bachelor Students or 3300,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
