**Your territory**

As part of our Marketing country development team, you will:

- Develop comprehensive and performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns specifically targeting French-speaking audiences
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the French market and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the French market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like SEA, social media, design and media buying to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance-oriented marketing roles, with a track record of driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Demonstrate ability to develop structured and impactful marketing materials
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey messages concisely and effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required

**Salary range**

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 48,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
