**TAKEDA is currently hiring for a INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS SERVICE DELIVERY OWNER (Europe & Canada) in **full-time** with a **hybrid-working set-up**, in VIENNA, AUSTRIA.**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a unique opportunity to become the heart of our internal innovation engine.
- As our Insights & Analytics Service Delivery Owner, you will deliver Customer Insight Solutions to our Europe and Canada business and partner with internal customers, regional country business excellence leaders and customer facing shared service platform organization to deliver solutions.
- You will own all Insights-related demand for your assigned regions, which gets prioritized during the quarterly & annual prioritization process.
- You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) with the internal customer and you have ownership of all delivery, support, and operations related demands of the internal customer.
- You will assure delivery against business needs and foster adoption and enhancements of customer insights solutions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with the EUCAN Data, Digital and Technology organization and the Business leadership to understand the Demands, Scope, Solutions
- Create a viable Backlog for the development work
- Identify and create a POD of resources (Internal / External) needed to deliver the backlog
- Create a Solution Architecture to fit the Business needs based on the Takeda Enterprise Data Tools and Standards
- Provide Data modeling Leadership
- Own and operate the data that has been delivered
- Manage the internal delivery organization, vendor, and vendor resources to deliver the solution as per plan
- Measure the quality of data and provide input to Business Owners / Governance leads on Quality Improvement.
- Support in the overall governance process

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years relevant progressive experience in IT
- Experience in Delivering Insights and Analytics solution on AWS and Power BI platforms
- Extensive program/project/ product management experience combined ideally with Agile execution experience
- Experience providing IT and business consulting support to multiple business functions
- Experience in Data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.

- Prior exposure to a pharmaceutical industry

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is _€ 4 751,92 _gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, **increased payment is possible.**
