**Your Tasks**
- You will manage international building construction and civil engineering projects with the aim of achieving completion within the assigned quality, budget and time frame
- You will actively participate in the planning, implementation and acceptance of alterations and new buildings
- Leading price and contract negotiations with suppliers, in cooperation with internal departments, is part of your responsibilities
- For external service providers, such as planning, construction and engineering consultants, you will act as the main contact person
- The specification and control of compliance with company standards in terms of safety precautions, quality and environmental matters complete your exciting range of tasks
**Our Requirements**
- You have completed your education in the construction industry and hold relevant professional experience
- You have construction engineering and management skills as well as good IT skills (CAD, MS Office, etc.)
- You are an open-minded, self-confident and communicative person and enjoy international business travel (approx. 50 %)
- Despite a keen eye for detail, you never lose sight of the big picture
- You are a self-reliant, flexible team player with a good command of written and spoken English, additional knowledge of German is preferred
