AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Carrying out day-to-day accounting (incoming and outgoing invoices, cash management, bank, AFA, accruals, deferrals)
- Credit card and expense reports
- Preparation of monthly/annual reports
- Participation in process improvement in the accounting department
- Travel management
- Ordering

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HLW, Wifi or similar).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office; experience with accounting programs - knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- A high degree of personal responsibility and an accurate way of working
- Affinity for numbers and personal commitment
- Flexibility, hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and communicative personality and pleasure in achieving common goals as part of a team
- Structured way of working and high sense of responsibility

- The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,540 gross/month on a full-time basis. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
