Manager Health Engagement I&I (M/F/d)

The Manager Health Representative is a leadership role in Sales.
- Leads, coaches, and monitors execution of Therapeutic Area / Company strategies implemented by Health Representatives.
- Contributes to the development of the Therapeutic Area / Company strategy especially on the Inflammation and Immunology portfolio, partnering closely with marketing colleagues
- Develops internal and external professional relationships
As a key member of the Inflammation and Immunology (I&I) Therapeutic area team this role is responsible for setting and executing an integrated sales and customer engagement strategy to meet or exceed the I&I sales goals for promoted brands and prepare for the launch of new products. The team is comprised of a Sales force with reps working face to face and remotely. This leader sets a compelling vision and inspires action, develops the team, demonstrates agility and business acumen, teamwork and an uncompromising commitment to our values and compliance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Hybrid (F2F + virtual)
- Creates an inspirational place to work, modeling our values and inspiring colleagues to bring their best selves to work
- Develops and executes national sales strategies and goals that are informed by and aligned with Austrian I&I marketing team goals, strategies, and tactics
- Works directly with the I&I Marketing Team to develop and execute customer and brand strategies, and sales force call allocation.
- Invests in the selection and development of a strong and diverse Sales team, continually enhancing capabilities in the areas that are important to our customers
- Leads activities to support our aspiration to be the most respected Sales team and measures our progress
- Provides tailored and specific channel appropriate direction, objectives and coaching to Sales
- Identifies short, mid-term and long-term sources of business opportunities and tracks against a cross functional implementation plan
- Optimizes promotional spend, budget and workload across the team to maximize ROI
- Sets challenging goals and tracks defined performance metrics
- Defines and sets the customer target group for I&I in order to increase head office’s business opportunities
- Follows all Pfizer Policies, Code of Conduct, Mission, Vision and Values, and all applicable laws and government regulations.
- Acts with compliance and integrity at all times
What you offer:
- Minimum of 10 years pharmaceutical, Biotech or medical marketing/sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience, Sales management experience preferred; Marketing/Commercial experience desired
- Proven skills in developing employees and building effective teams as well as leading change processes
- Expertise according to the Austrian pharma market
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing operations including data/reports, targeting, call planning, compensation, alignment and structure, and tactical programs.
- Experience of successfully working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
- Demonstrated ability to quickly get up to speed on specific market and customer knowledge as well as brand knowledge, in-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area is an advantage
- Excellent communication and media skills (omnichannel approach)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Takes responsibility and requires personal responsibility from his employees
- German fluency, both written and spoken
- Very good English skills
- Driving license (car)

The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 85.000 gross p.a./ full-time.
