To support us with this important responsibility the **International Office CEE/CIS/ME** is looking for a committed:
**Human Resources Coordinator for the region CEE/CIS/ME (f/m)**
**Part time (0,5)**
**Location**:Vienna, Austria
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- **Direct support to Director of HROD - **back office support for HROD administration tasks (personnel folders), assistance in terms of meeting preparation, stakeholder communication, IT, team coordination & appointments, information management and documentation.
- **Meeting organisation - **organisation and follow-up of virtual and physical meetings for the regional HROD department and for the HROD network in the region**, **support agenda setting, logistics, budgeting, financial administration, technical support, minutes, etc. of physical meetings
- **Administration of D365 Human Resources module (entry/exits, updates, FTE budgeting).**
- **Coordination of HROD and other HR related processes - **responsible to coordinate SOS rings of honours and events in the region, to coordinate GSC staff anniversaries, responsible for the regular update of the regional organisational chart, coordination of staff development measures.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in HR, law or related studies (Bachelor)
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in a related position including HR administration, meeting organisation, office management
- Excellent proficiency in English, sound in German (oral, reading)
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Applicants must hold a valid Austrian working permit or be eligible to work within the EU
**Following assets are an advantage**:
- Experience in NGO sector
- Work experience in virtual collaboration (MS teams, Zoom), intercultural team coordination, facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Russian or Arabic language
