**Senior QA Compliance Specialist (f/m/d), Schaftenau, Tyrol, Austria**
15 This is the number of different products produced in Schaftenau and distributed all over the world, on which we receive complaints and are responsible for their full management.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for performing complaint investigations consisting of initial assessments, escalations, investigations and approval
- Accountable for investigating technical and mixed product complaints and for the quality of the investigations
- Responsible for coordinating the actions of different departments to complete the investigations
- Support the different country organization in identifying product trends and preventive/corrective actions to decrease potential issues
- Responsible for identifying improvements of complaints across all products and accountable for the management of samples and all related activities
- Support the standardization of the complaint processes and the implementation of the process for new products

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:Essential**:

- Relevant specialist training and relevant experience or higher education like a degree in the natural sciences (pharmacy, chemistry, medicine, biology, microbiology)
- Experience in the field of manufacturing medicinal products for human use
- Work experience in the field of GMP production/Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential

**Desirable requirements**:

- Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
- German language is an advantage
