**Junior Business Compliance Officer (f/m/x) -**
**part time (~ 20h/week)**:
Join our “Institutional Clients Experience Business Compliance” unit responsible for overseeing Business compliance in the Corporate & Investment Banking business. We aim to achieve a constant and sustainable business growth while staying within our compliance risk appetite.
As a Junior team member we are looking for a client-oriented, curious and proactive individual who is willing to support in ensuring a safe execution of compliant business with clients, especially focusing on DACH & Nordic clients.

**Your role at RBI**:

- Ensure compliant business with clients based on the current Business Compliance Framework.
- Support client onboardings if the potential client and its business is in line with the pre-aligned Compliance risk appetite.
- Assist in managing the client life cycle, including coherency screening, adverse media hit handling, client cooperation.
- Obtain client information in case of transaction surveillance/clearing request escalations.
- Secure necessary approvals for specific clients (e.g. Political exposed persons).
- Communicate dedicated restrictions to clients, ensuring a tailored client relationship.
- Effectively handle ad-hoc requests and provide valuable support in preparation of data and reports.

***Your core competencies**:

- Completed or ongoing education (FH/University) is a plus
- Proficiency in statistics and experience in using statistical packages for data analysis
- Familiarity with the legal & regulatory framework of financial institutions is a plus
- Team player with high level of client orientation
- Solution-oriented with hands-on mentality
- Good command of English and German
