**Company Description**:
**The Financial Process Development Team develops in close collaboration with the IT team SAP BI integrated planning and reporting solutions for the whole organization, manages complex cross-functional projects to support a data driven business strategy in a digital era.**
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with technical affinity and hands-on mentality. With your profound understanding of technical needs and software developments you will translate our cross-functional business strategy into standardized technical requirements and drive business process improvement and the digitalization in your area of responsibility.
**DEVELOP SYSTEM-BASED CONCEPTS AND PROCESSES**
- Collect, analyze, and document requirements from different finance and controlling departments
- Align the requirements cross-functionally with all involved business teams
- Act as a translator between business and IT and translate requirements and use cases into scope deliverables, which can be used as a basis for the technical implementation
- As a sparring partner, you discuss and align these concepts and processes with all relevant stakeholders on the business and IT side
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Define work packages and project plans in close alignment with IT
- Follow-up on the achievement of milestones during the project phases and make sure that deadlines are met
- Communicate pro-actively with all involved parties, identify bottlenecks, and find alternatives to remove roadblocks
- Prepare cutover plans for a successful go-live together with the data quality, business, and IT teams
**TESTING AND DOCUMENTATION**
- Conduct testing initiatives and guarantee a high quality of the technical implementations by using efficient testing concepts and processes
- Provide training, documentation, and the final handover to the data quality team
**SUPPORT**
- Provide 2nd level support for the newly developed solution
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years working experience with project involvement as a Business Analyst, Controller, IT Consultant, or Business Consultant
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Workfront
Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools - ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management, and SAP Analytics Cloud
Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
Have experience working on cross-functional initiatives
Ability to understand complex processes
Excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible
High attention to detail

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
