We are looking for an experienced **Head of **Group Health & Safety (M/F/d) **to join our team at our headquarters in Vienna.

**Your Role**:

- You plan, lead and act as a role model to health and safety operations for MM Group
- You develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
- You ensure implementation and compliance with local and international health and safety regulations
- You conduct site audits and risk assessments
- You lead, coordinate, support and coach all health and safety staff at locations and projects, ensuring the correct understanding of MM health and safety processes
- You ensure suitable monitoring and reporting of incidents and drive continuous safety improvements

**Your Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in the field of health and safety, mechanical, civil, chemical or environmental engineering
- You have health and safety management experience in global manufacturing industry or similar field
- You demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
- You possess a strong knowledge of international health and safety standards
- You are goal-oriented and possess decision-making ability
- You possess influencing and change management skills, and are capable of driving change across all levels of the organization
- You are fluent in English; any other language, especially fluent in German, will be considered as relevant plus

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 90,000;
- gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
