In this role, you will seek to deeply understand Workplace Experience & Culture at Dynatrace, and you manage and drive many interesting projects with one common goal - attract, hire & engage the best talent to create the best product and customer value for Dynatrace.
**Your role**
- Creating, planning, and executing Future of Work projects throughout Dynatrace’ R&D organization aligned with Dynatrace’ key success factors
- Together with a dedicated team, you drive the development of concepts for further development of Future of Work initiatives all the way thorough project management towards execution
- Define and drive changes to the physical and digital workplace experience adapted to Dynatrace Workplace Model
- Independent project management with focus on workplace experience incl. active networking between all relevant departments
- Build strong relationships with employees and cross-functional partners
- Partner with senior leadership to recommend improvements to the employee experience
- Observation of trends, identification of challenges and development of creative and scalable solutions that support a collaborative and diverse culture of innovation
- Supporting the Workplace Experience Organization in any operative, project related topics
- Bring in your experience and ideas to shaping the future of work for an employer, with locations all over the world a

**Qualifications**:

- Professional experience in project management; creating, planning, and executing projects with different stakeholders
- Work experience in a hybrid people-centric organization
- Very good English & German skills
- Strong communication skills
- Well organized and pro-active person
- A passion for new work and creating an innovative, international work environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 46,480 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
