Warehouse Operations Europe is a new area in our division and responsible for the new warehouse footprint in Europe. We are responsible for approx. 850 employees in more than 20 different warehouse locations in 13 countries with the core processes: warehousing, sawing, milling, grinding and transportation in Europe.

In the key position of Strategic Project Manager (M/F/d), you will not only take over the management and coordination of consolidation tasks, but also actively participate in exciting investment projects in our warehouse locations. In addition, you will support the Warehouse top management in the overall reporting of our locations.
**Job description

**Areas of responsibility and tasks in which you will make a difference:
**Strategic Project Management**
- Management and coordination of the new warehouse Footprint project in Europe and ensuring a smooth process
- Support new strategic investment projects in our warehouse locations
- Support operational excellence and other departments with your project management skills and streamline processes to improve their efficiency

**Assistant the Top Management**
- Responsible for coordinating and reporting of current programs and reviewing compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines
- Together with the locations, you will define and control management measures based on the KPIs
- You are a team player (M/F/d) who supports and coordinates with other team members and ensure efficient cooperation
**Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Project/Change Management
- Extensive experience in warehouse management and logistics with experience in both leadership and /or expert roles within these areas
- Experience in overseeing and executing site consolidation projects to streamline operations
- Knowledge of current logistics standards
- Very good command of English and German
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI and Celonis
- Economic and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Practical approach to problem solving and a proactive mindset
**What we offer

**Salary package and benefits**:The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 6.111,61 gross (14 x per year). The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience and ranges from € 6.111,61 gross to € 6.710,00 gross per month for the advertised position.
