Then this is for you. Join our Global Social Media team as Social Media Manager (2 years temporary contract) in Salzburg, Austria, and support them in their mission to drive success for social media initiatives across Red Bull.

**IN A NUTSHELL**

In this role, you'll ideate, develop and manage Red Bull's global social media platforms, with a focus on - but not limited to - Instagram and Facebook. The expectations for this role are that it will be the central expertise for optimized content for each social channel feed, community management and smart content programming. You'll also support platform education across the business and work with markets to create content that fits Red Bull's global channels.

**STRATEGIZE AND EXECUTE **FEED **SOCIAL MEDIA **CHANNELS**

You'll have the opportunity to build and implement social media plans for Red Bull's channels across all platforms. You'll be responsible for managing a content calendar across channels and projects. You'll have the chance to showcase your time management skills as you lead a team of creatives to deliver success across priorities. You'll play a vital role in effectively communicating Red Bull's loving life approach and tone of voice through content. Additionally, you'll also get to build, maintain, and grow a community of passionate Red Bull brand/can lovers.

**PROGRAMMING**

You'll work with other teams (bike, motorsports, dance, board sports,) to program always-on content across our managed platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. By adapting the output to each channel, you'll ensure better performance per post.

**CONTENT IDEATION**

You'll develop a framework for ideating good social media content and create yourself big-scale social media content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts to reach a global audience.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years' experience in the social media industry and in-depth knowledge of TikTok Editor and Instagram Native Reels Video Editor

Knowledge of social media storytelling and the differences between the various platforms, as well as strong writing skills for captioning content and developing scripts for videos

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing, as well as an understanding of Video FX

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset

Motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to explore and try new things. good organizational skills, adaptable and proactive

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
