**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Mitarbeit bei Financial Due Diligence-Projekten käuferseitig: Analyse aller verfügbaren Informationen, Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung an Managementgesprächen, Vorbereitung der Präsentation für den Erwerber
- Mitarbeit bei Financial Due Diligence-Projekten verkäuferseitig: Erstellung von Financial Fact Books/Due Diligence-Berichten in Vorbereitung auf eine beabsichtigte Transaktion oder Finanzierung, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen zur Aufbereitung und
- Analyse der Daten
- Fachliche Erstellung und technische Umsetzung von integrierten Planungsrechnungen und Prognoserechnungen in Abstimmung mit Manager:innen und Kund:innen
- Selbständige Durchführung von einfachen Bewertungsaufgaben und Mitwirkung an größeren Bewertungsprojekten
- Durchführung von Markanalysen auf Basis verfügbarer Datenbankzugänge

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Ausbildung zum Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe IT Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere MS Excel; idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Analyse-Tools Tableau, Alteryx oder Power BI
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- (Selbst-)Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusste/r Teamplayer:in mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kundenorientiertem Auftreten
- Begeisterung für die Einarbeitung und Vertiefung in komplexe Sachverhalte
- Freude an der Projektarbeit, sowie der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Servicebereichs

Das jährliche Bruttojahresgehalt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung liegt bei mind. EUR 44.800;
- mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
