**Position overview**:
Are you passionate about finding and attracting the best talent? Do you want to advance your career working on exciting recruitment projects?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our multicultural HR team.
If you are passionate about recruiting, come and join allnex as Working Student, Talent Acquisition (part-time position) for the Austria, Werndorf.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the local HR team in Werndorf during whole recruitment process, starting from job posting and interview coordination;
- Participate in country Employer Branding projects;
- Coordinate internal trainings and events (e.g. interview trainings, meetups, team building activities);
- Routinely manage confidential data in our ATS (applicant tracking system).

**Required skills and experience**:

- Strong interest for people and willingness to find out unlimited opportunities of professional development in Talent Acquisition field;
- Fluent German and English;
- Experience in a customer facing set up would be considered as strong benefit;
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered student, ideally pursuing a degree in HR, psychology or business administration;
