External Analytical Operations Expert, Analytical Development
Location: Schaftenau or Slovenia
Role Purpose:
The External Analytical Operations Specialist is responsible for processing results from external partners and managing the interactions with internal stakeholders. The jobholder will also be supporting the External Analytical Organization team with writing/reviewing of technical documentation as well as with administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities:

- Processing results from external partners and manage the interactions with internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the External Analytical Organization team.
- Support Analytical Development in relevant outsourcing activities.
- Contribute to writing/reviewing of technical documentation.

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Education: Education in engineering, management, science or equivalent (Apprenticeship, BSc, MSc or equivalent)
- Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Experience/Professional requirement
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Analytics and/or R&D
- Strong communication and presentations skills
- Ability to work in global, interdisciplinary teams, as well as on individual tasks
- Strong planning
- and organizational skills
- Experience in a regulated environment (GLP / GMP) is a plus

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €54,738.38/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
