JOB PURPOSE
We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Visual Merchandiser (M/F/d) to join our dynamic team at the PRADA Vienna Store. In the role of Visual Merchandiser (M/F/d), you will be the embodiment of PRADA's essence, curating displays that reflect our commitment to excellence and captivate the attention of our customers. Your creative vision and keen understanding of design aesthetics will breathe life into our store, elevating the brand experience for every visitor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visual Merchandising for the PRADA Stores in Austria in alignment with the PRADA guidelines, the VM Manager as well as the Retail Department, taking into account sales development, market peculiarities, and target groups.
- Spearheading the transformation of displays, mannequins, and window presentations to achieve optimal aesthetic impact and customer engagement.
- Methodically curating photographic assets for meticulous scrutiny, ensuring steadfast adherence to guidelines and stringent specifications before the final presentation.
- Cultivating robust synergies with both the VM and Store Manager, fostering a collaborative milieu for the realization of the store's visual narrative.
- Nurturing a supportive rapport with counterparts across Central European stores, while concurrently fostering a closely-knit liaison with Milan headquarters.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Residency in Vienna
- Possession of accomplished vocational training, ideally complemented by attendance at a fashion school.
- Proven track record in the role of Visual Merchandiser within the premium/luxury sector
- Profound familiarity with trends and idiosyncrasies of the market
- Proficiency in English is essential, with additional language proficiencies being advantageous
- Proficient command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with SAP knowledge considered beneficial
- Demonstrates ingenuity, adept coordination, and exceptional organizational capabilities
- Displays proactive initiative, adaptability, unwavering dedication, and a propensity for travel
