**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- You monitor the risk management strategy, including risk assessment, and develop it on an ongoing basis
- You manage and monitor all risk and other limits, reporting any overshootings
- You ensure conscientious monitoring of compliance with all agreements, covenants and baskets from loan agreements
- You are responsible for monitoring, ensuring compliance, and further developing the global treasury processes & guidelines
- You prepare all treasury reports, including financial status, cash flow forecast, reports on market and liquidity risks, etc.
- You independently carry out various treasury projects to further develop the organisation
- If necessary, you support the liquidity management strategy, in close coordination with other Corporate Functions

**Our expectations for this exciting role**:

- You hold a degree in Economics or a completed Economic training with corresponding further education
- You have several years of professional experience in the treasury middle office of an international company, ideally with a focus on governance and risk controlling
- You are knowledge in the area of governance and the controlling of financial risk limits
- You have deep knowledge of key operational treasury processes
- You have good negotiation skills, and great powers of persuasion
- You have good knowledge of SAP and treasury management systems, ideally ION/ITS, 360T, and/or electronic banking systems
- You are business fluent in English

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.000,**-** with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
