**Company Description**:
As a Project Manager in our Business Application team, you will be responsible for managing projects from their inception to successful delivery and support, adhering to industry-standard methodologies and our internal guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical know-how to ensure project success

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**

Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to delivery and support, following the Red Bull Information Technology Project Management standards based on PMI and agile methodologies.

Implement project controlling, risk assessment, and consultant management practices to ensure project success.

Act as a technical project manager, supporting other teams and contributing to their success.

**REQUIREMENTS SET-UP & ENGINEERING**

Understand functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with business key users to identify, model, and set up requirements for their projects.

Align and manage identified requirements, considering the Red Bull tool landscape and architectural principles, using established project management tools and guidelines.

**SERVICE & SYSTEM OWNERSHIP**

Work with the project manager to assemble the right voices for service design, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the services.

Ensure the successful realization of service plans in daily practice, meeting all service acceptance criteria.

Oversee services at a high level to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Guide service improvement prioritization, validate the business relevance of proposed improvements, and secure funding for implementation.

Maintain service and support documentation for owned services, ensuring their accessibility and quality.

**BUDGET PLANNING**

Plan annual budgets for the support and operations of Information Technology solutions.

Manage the effective allocation of budget resources, aligning them with planned requirements and priorities.

Ensure compliance with company and departmental financial controls and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in project management, delivering successful Information Technology projects using PMI and agile methodologies.

Strong technical background and the ability to provide technical guidance to project teams.

Excellent understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements and their management.

Proficiency in using project management tools and following established guidelines.

Knowledge of financial controls and compliance.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
