The Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team is a collection of Civils, Structure, Architecture (CSA), and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design experts, mechanical and electrical field engineers, construction project managers, water/air experts, commissioning experts,** **data center services managers, and cost and project controls managers who design, schedule, construct, commission and close out efficient data centers, at a fast pace, safely and in a scalable manner to match the business requirements. In this role, you will help deliver the technical infrastructure that powers Google globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization, managing scopes related to construction projects or capital improvement projects.
- Be responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing construction (delivery, cost, quality and EHS), commissioning, close-out and hand-off to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being met.
- Establish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.
- Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical writing, etc.
- Research and implement construction means and methods of data centre equipment and facilities. Carry design concepts into mass production and integrate into facilities.
