**Internship HR / Learning and Development (f/m/d)**

Have you had enough of working only with theory and want to get some hands-on experience? If so, then you should do an internship at Wienerberger Through our internship, you can discover the world of building materials and infrastructure solutions. You can use all of your talents at Wienerberger. You will gain a breadth of experience across different areas of Learning & Development and pick up useful skills through “on the job training”.

**Full-Time 6 month**

**Your Tasks**
- Participation in the organization and support of the international training initiatives
- Support international personnel development projects
- Cooperation in the conception of our trainings, documentation and training documents
- Administration of nomination processes for international training measures and learning platforms
- Support in the evaluation and management of the quality of the implemented measures

**Your Profile**
- Completed Bachelor's degree, ongoing Master's degree ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- First relevant work experience (in the form of internships)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Proactive and motivated team player with the ability and willingness to work independently and responsibly
