**YOUR TASKS**
- Supporting the execution and structuring of real estate debt transactions
- Creating and using excel models analysing potential investments
- Ensuring transaction documentation is an actual representation of the commercial terms agreed between the stakeholders of a transaction
- Ensuring transaction documentation is in line with market standards
- Producing internal credit papers analysing potential real estate debt transactions
- Producing research regarding different real estate markets in Europe and North America
- Performing real estate site visits

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mathematics, Physics or Economy (or in the completion of the study)
- Strong mathematical skills and excellent Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English fluent, German either as mother tongue or as second language

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 36.137,64 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
