We are a seed stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startup and private equity investments.

Tasks

**You will have an impact on**:

- Preparing and executing our companies launch into Vienna
- Taking ownership for setting up operations, developing local partnerships, and growing our business
- Co-creating our expansion playbook including all local market knowledge to define standard operating procedures and strategies
- Potentially growing into the role of market lead, overseeing our business performance and hiring and managing a team across functions

**Requirements**:
**What you add to our Team**:

- 1+ years of relevant operations experience in an operations heavy startup (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.), ideally launching new markets
- Very strong motivation to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment (goal-orientation)
- Willingness to relocate to a new market for 6+ months, possibly rotating to new ones afterwards
- First experiences in managing service providers and small teams is a plus
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast paced work environment
- Ambition towards flawless execution and operational excellence

- Local knowledge of Vienna and the local hospitality sector is a plus
- Driver\'s license is a must
- German and English are required, other languages would be great
