50 The number of projects managed by this international and diverse project management team. As a project manager you will lead teams across the globe and bring products to life. With the full end-to-end responsibility for your portfolio you will have a big footprint in Sandoz' strategy and will strive for global patient access.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of multiple simultaneous global development projects with competing priorities
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and with high quality
- Manage project changes in line with Sandoz’ strategy
- Lead internal and external project teams
- Present at management boards and ensure effective stakeholder management

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Scientific academic degree (PhD or equivalent, preferably natural science)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Sound experience in project management and in working with cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English

**Desirable requirements**:

- Project management certification preferred
- Knowledge of German language

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 66.526,88/year (on a full time basis).
