After a successful launch, we are looking for help to support the further development of our loyalty platform at our location. Bring in your ideas, knowledge and concepts to shape our young IT architecture to your liking. In our international team, we combine customer relationship management, data warehouse & analytics as well as all online CRM activities to further develop and establish the largest multi-partner customer loyalty program in the Austrian market.

**Job Description**:

- You are actively involved in one of the biggest CRM visions in Austria
- Actively engaging with the selection and further development of new and existing CRM solutions is one of your daily tasks
You independently analyze business requirements
- It is your responsibility to manage compliance and proactively implement corrective actions
You look after and advise our users at eye level

**Qualifications**:

- Completed technical education or business management (computer science, business informatics, business administration, etc.) as well as high IT affinity
- You have already gained several years of experience in requirements engineering in an agile environment and are solution
- and target-oriented
- You already have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Siebel, SAP CRM, etc.
Ideally, you will have professional experience with JIRA and Confluence
- You speak very good English and have no problem moderating discussions or workshops in English
- You are very interested in new technologies and in conceptualizing new solutions
