**What you will enjoy doing**:
**The main focus of the intern will be to support a strategic project which aims at developing a basis for strategic decision-making for ALPLA´s Board of Executives. Besides, additional tasks in the area of strategy and project management will be in the intern's responsibility.**
- Support strategic project
- conduct research and strategic analysis
- support in consolidating relevant information into a comprehensive and on-point storyline
- Corporate Strategy:

- support the preparation of the annual leadership week which is THE strategy event of ALPLA
- support the development of strategy communication materials (e.g. a new video)
- Project Management:

- portfolio analysis
- adaptation of e-learnings and other training material to be in line with ALPLA's change management approach and additional process changes

**What makes you great**:

- Very good communication and presentation skills in English (German advantageous)
- Strong PC literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Team player that can work independently and coordinate well
