Für die Konzernsteuerabteilung der ams OSRAM Gruppe suchen wir nächstmöglich einen Senior Manager Taxes Austria mit Dienstsitz in Österreich.
- Umfassende, eigenverantwortliche Beratung der ams OSRAM AG zu allen lokalen steuerlichen und zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen unter Berücksichtigung der Tax und Zoll-Guidance des Konzerns
- Sicherstellung der Compliance für österreichische Ertrag
- und Umsatzsteuer sowie anderer Steuerarten
- Erstellung des lokalen Tax Accountings nach IFRS / UGB im Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss
- Betreuung steuerlicher Betriebsprüfungen der lokalen Gesellschaft in Österreich gemeinsam mit externen Beratern
- Mitwirkung bei Umstrukturierungen und M&A-Themen der ams-OSRAM AG
- Fachliche Vorgaben, prozessseitige Umsetzung und Optimierung lokaler steuerlicher und zollrechtlicher Prozesse
- Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Tax Compliance-Systems für den Bereich Österreich inklusive Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und lokaler Richtlinien
- Reporting an die zentrale Steuer
- und Zollfunktion
