This position belongs to our segment **SEMPERFLEX, **which develops, manufactures and markets **hydraulic** and **industrial hoses **worldwide. We are Europe's largest hose producer with plants in Austria and Czech Republic and our global sites in China and Thailand. Significant ongoing investments into R&D provide us with continually improving quality and products highly adapted for todays markets. **Key Account Manager - Western Europe** **Key responsibilities**: - Execute market strategy in one of the top regions of Semperflex - Active order acquisition and intensive customer management to grow sales turnover and sold quantities - Market intelligence, ongoing market research including the update of Flexweb Sales knowledge database - Identification of new potential customers and growth of supply share at existing customers - Travel planning in an efficient way, incl. proper customer visit preparation and reporting - Troubleshooting, price negotiations and adjustments, claim setting, major daily issues - Organization of factory visits with our customers - Close cooperation with our customer service and product management **Who we are looking for**: - Technical or commercial education (HTL, University, University of applied science) - Min. 3 years working experience in B2B sales, ideally in Europe and /or international - German: fluent; English: fluent.
