**Patent Administrator f/m/d (maternity leave replacement)**:
As a patent administrator, you will support the Intellectual Property team in managing and maintaining our patents. Become part of our innovative company and shape the future of automotive technology with us

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support and implementation of internal processes of the patent department as well as processes with patent offices and external patent attorneys
- Data maintenance of the patent management software
- Coordination and implementation of the AVL internal signature run
- Communication with inventors
- Administration and monitoring of third-party protection rights (in particular data maintenance, communication with clerks, deadline monitoring)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed education (Apprenticeship, Commercial Academy, University or University of Applied Sciences or comparable)
- Organizational talent, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Quick comprehension, reliable, indepented way of working

**Annual Remuneration**:Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
