And now, we are ready to launch our second Wens Hotel in Austria We are seeking a General Manager (or perhaps even a dynamic management duo) who shares our vision and is eager to lead this new hotel to unprecedented heights. We are looking for a:
**DYNAMIC Hotel MANAGER**

who preferably can oversee the daily operations during the winter months. Are you an enthusiastic and experienced hotelier with a passion for hospitality and the hotel industry? **Flexibility**: You are eager to delve into all aspects of the hotel industry further We expect you to flexibly and adeptly switch between various areas of work, from service to reception, and to provide direction to housekeeping & our kitchen. We also expect a hands-on, cooperative attitude in the workplace; in short, you genuinely roll up your sleeves and are visible to our guests.

**Proactive**: You operate according to our Wens Hotel standard and are also curious by nature, coming up with proposals and suggestions for improvement; 'we wanna move forward'. You are our ambassador on-site, building a network of suppliers and crew members is essential. For now and the near future.

**Smartness**: You are capable of communicating effectively in both German and English, or you are clever enough to quickly get your basic knowledge 'up to speed'. We want to structure our concept and team internationally, so a basic knowledge of these two languages is a crucial requirement.

**Passion**: You are passionate and aspire to the goal of giving each guest the ultimate hospitality hexperience. You are willing to critically evaluate yourself and the hotel because you aim for 100% guest satisfaction. As a team, we challenge each other to ensure and deliver the best hospitality. Receiving and providing constructive feedback is part of your skill set because it contributes to our success.

Field of experience and required for this position;
- A good amount of work experience within the hotel industry/hospitality from similar positions
- You have good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German
- The mindset of a coach or doubler, capable of making the team flourish
- A flexible attitude regarding hours/days 48 hours - 6 days per week

We will start filling this position in early November (from the Netherlands), and by the end of November, your workplace will shift to Austria.
