Wouldn’t it be great to play an active part in shaping the future of mobility? For our location in Mödling we are looking for a Supplier Quality Development Manager (f/m/d) - Rubber and Plastics.
YOUR TASKS
DEVELOPMENT... of the supplier base to meet group and commodity group targets within the plastics and elastomers division
CONSULTING ACTIVITIES... internally and with suppliers as an expert in the design and manufacture of plastic and elastomer parts
LEADING... of the local SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) staff within the product group to ensure homogeneous processes
MONITORING... of supplier performance and initiation of countermeasures, if necessary
COOPERATION... with strategic purchasing in the area of plastics and elastomers
SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
Completed technical education (FH, TU) with focus on plastics and elastomers
Professional experience in the manufacturing, plastics processing industry
Fluency in written and spoken English
Practice in an international working environment in a multinational company
Good communication skills at all hierarchical levels
Leadership experience in an international environment with functional leadership
RELIABILITY
Willingness to travel
