**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Retail Operations Manager and wider team.
- Coordinate communication between headquarters and international retail teams, franchisees, and partners.
- Support the onboarding of new retail stores, including documentation, process tracking, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of retail campaigns, product launches, and performance reporting.
- Maintain and update retail dashboards, calendars, store directories, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, Product) to support retail initiatives.
- Help with travel planning, meeting scheduling, and preparation of presentations or reports as needed.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, independent hands-on attitude.
- Experience in a support role, ideally in a retail, operations, or international business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German and/or French is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with retail systems or ERP tools is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability, wellness, and innovation.

The salary for this position based on the collective agreement is EUR 34.594 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
