Wir suchen nach einem Senior Designer, um kreative Digital
- und Drucklösungen zu erstellen und zu überwachen, um unsere Marketinganforderungen zu erfüllen.

Um in dieser Rolle Erfolg zu haben, sollten Sie umfassendes Wissen in Grafikdesign, Stilen und Layouttechniken besitzen. Sie sollten auch Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Marketingprojekten vom Konzept bis zur Produktion haben, einschließlich Webseiten, Broschüren und Produktverpackungen.

Sie werden sicherstellen, dass das Designteam unsere Marke durch die Bereitstellung von qualitativ hochwertiger Arbeit innerhalb kurzer Fristen bewirbt.

**Aufgaben**: Aufsicht aller Designprojekte, vom Konzept bis zur Lieferung
Gestaltung von originellen Arbeiten, einschließlich Illustrationen und Infografiken

Überprüfung der Arbeiten der Designer (Junior), um hohe Qualität zu gewährleisten

Weiterentwicklung von Bildern, Schriftarten und Layouts mit Hilfe von Grafikdesignsoftware

Anwendung von Typografietechniken

Einbringen von Ideen, um Konzepte darzustellen und Produkte/Dienstleistungen zu bewerben

Verbessern der Benutzerfreundlichkeit von digitalen Produkten

Aufrechterhalten der Markenkonsistenz in allen unseren Marketingprojekten

Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing
- und Designteams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Fristen eingehalten werden

Auf dem neuesten Stand mit Industrieentwicklungen und Tools

**Anforderungen**: Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Senior Designer, Grafikdesigner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Portfolio mit abgeschlossenen Designprojekten

Praktische Erfahrung mit Bildbearbeitungssoftware wie Photoshop und Adobe Illustrator

Erfahrung mit Designsoftware (z. B. InDesign und Balsamiq)

Ausgeprägte Ästhetikfähigkeiten, um verschiedene Farben, Schriftarten und Layouts zu kombinieren

Ein Auge für visuelle Details
