**Job Description**:

- 1st level support (telephone/online) and on-site troubleshooting in shift and on-call service (worldwide)
- Planning, organisation, coordination, support and invoicing of troubleshooting, repairs, spare parts deliveries and maintenance, incl. preparation of quotations
- Compliance with technical and scheduling requirements
- Compliance with international and national norms and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Completed training in electrical engineering and/or mechanics (master craftsman, engineer)
- Relevant professional experience (stage technology and electromechanical
- Equipment of any complexity, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in demanding work environments, project management, quotation costing and billing).
- Machine controls (CAT, SPS)
- Software: MS Office, SAP / C4C, Operations1
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in written and spoken English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
- Very high willingness to travel - worldwide assignments abroad
- B - driving licence (further authorisations would be an advantage, e.g. aerial work platform)
