YOUR TASKS:
- Adopt and implement Armacell’s People Strategy and processes in the region- Promote employee engagement and nurture a positive work environment- Act as coaching Business Partner to the Senior Leaders and help them grow and develop their teams- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with local labour law and regulations- Manage the day-to-day HR processes among other including recruitment, performance management, learning & development and compensation & benefits- Act as “people development” pillar leader of the Armacell continuous improvement program- Drive adaptation and good use of the HRIS (Workday) across managers and employees and act as change champion for the further digitalization of HR processes- Manage relations with key stakeholders including employee representation and trade unions- Coordinate accurate payroll services and benefits administration

YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Proven experience of min. 5 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company- In-depth knowledge of labour law and regulations in Austria- Strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development- Digitally skilled and competent handling of HRIS software, preferably Workday- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
